1. What are the delivery times?
We process your order within 1 to 2 business days. For mainland France, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days. For the European Union, delivery time is generally 4 to 8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

2. Do you deliver outside of France?
Yes! We deliver to all European Union member countries. Orders to the EU benefit from free delivery on purchases over €80.

3. What if the product is not suitable for my pet?
We offer a 15-day return policy . If your pet isn't happy with their new pet bed or toy, you can return the unused product in its original packaging for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service at service-client@miaouwoof.shop to initiate the process.

4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) as well as PayPal. All your transactions are 100% secure.

5. How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow the delivery of your order to your home in real time.

6. Are the products guaranteed?
Of course. All our products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity . If an item has a manufacturing defect or does not match its description, we promise to replace it or refund you.

7. Do you offer discounts for first orders?

8. How to choose the right size of harness or basket?
Find a detailed size guide with precise measurements on each product sheet (chest circumference for a harness, dimensions for a basket). Don't hesitate to measure your pet before ordering. If in doubt, our customer service team is here to advise you.

9. A product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
If a product is unavailable, you can often activate a restock alert on its product page. We do our best to restock popular items quickly. You can also contact us for an estimate of delivery times.

10. How to clean the products (basket, cushion, bowl)?
Care instructions (machine washable, hand wash, etc.) are indicated on each product sheet. Generally, our basket covers are often removable and machine washable at 30°C. Our stainless steel bowls are dishwasher safe.
